Project Details
EsPresto has revised and modified a complex e-shop system while in actual operation with a range of 850.000 items in close cooperation with OBETA operating persons.
Each OBETA client can create individual projects and combine the orders individually in so-called shopping carts. Remaining stocks are subjected to a complex workflow. Through an intelligent rights management every customer of OBETA can reflect his own workflow by setting up additional users and individual rights as an administrator of the respective customer account.
EsPresto generated a test suite with automated tests which ensures the precision, reliability as well as the availability of the system in combination with monitoring services.
Innovative Development
EsPresto is responsible for the continuous enhancement and technical improvement of the e-shop system, working closely together with the OBETA development team.
Another example: EsPresto provided coordinates of all OBETA store locations in several formats, which can be downloaded by customers as 'Point of Interest' (POI's) for GPS-systems.
Customers can also get access to the shop by their mobile devices. Considering safety aspects and customer preferences the mobile shop version was completely revised and largely new implemented.
