The EMS has been gradually adapted to the unique needs of Roland Berger and offers solutions for many special requirements, such as the Competence Center and the Publications of Roland Berger. Since 2003, the downtime of the site hosted by EsPresto, including the planned maintenance periods, was in total less than six days. This corresponds to an average availability of well over 99% per year.

All country sites are managed by the EMS in their languages (eg Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic). As a basic framework the EMS provides core content that can be shown as required on all sites and countries, furthermore adding to the country specifics as required.
