Process Analysis and Conception

Fleurop AG is a customer of EsPresto since 2010. At present EsPresto develops a new B2B Portal for internal use within the Fleurop network with more than 5.000 florists in Germany.

After analysing the requirements the concept for the new Fleurop partner portal was developed and documented in a wiki based on Confluence. This wiki solution also serves as a documentation of new requirements in the further course of the project.
