Extreme Programming

Do you already know what you'll need two years from now? Requirements change over time and even during development of an application, the desire or need for additional functionality may arise. We meet these challenges by using the extreme programming (XP) method. XP is based on four criteria: simplicity, communication, feedback and quality.

• Simplicity means that a fast, cost-effective solution is preferred to a complex one.
• Communication and feedback are closely connected. On the one hand, developers must always be informed of changes in requirements, while on the other hand the customer needs to have a current overview of the state of development of a project at all times.
• Quality can be ensured only if it is monitored continuously. In the case of extreme programming, this means that a developer regularly presents the results of his work to his development team. His work is then included in the overall project only after it has received positive feedback. This process not only improves quality, but also prevents time-consuming and thus expensive problems in development.

The result of these measures are rapidly developed applications which feature only the functionality actually required and are distinguished by their excellent quality.
